To request a service or pick-up of your Computer for repair, please fill the form completely and our Technician will call you to schedule a pick-up time or an appointment for your dropped-off. 2. Ship your computer to us using our convenient shipping instructions.
3. We will e-mail a detailed diagnosis and parts and labor estimate within 2 business days of receiving your computer.
4. After receiving your approval for the repair, the repair will be completed the next business day (depending on parts availability).
5. We will ship the computer back to you, with $999 in shipping insurance coverage. You will have the choice of shipping options at the time you approve the repair.

Software Maintenance is a more ongoing form of servicing which involves maintaining the general “health” of the computer. Many things affect the performance or health of the computer. The following list is the covers the important ones, but is by no means an exhaustive list:
