I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?

A: YES! We do accept money orders. Customers using this payment option can either download our order form fill it out and mail it with payment to us or add the item to shopping cart, check out and send order confirmation with payment to the address provided during checkout. After completing the online transactions our representative will call you to confirm the order.

A: Currently we accept Money Order Credit cards, Google checkout and PayPal for online transactions.We accept all major credit cards for repair and services performed in our shop. DO NOT mail cash-in. Cash must be paid in person.

A: No, [Customize] means you customize the whole system online of your choice of selection and D E S T Computer Solutions would assemble, install and test the computer based on the customized ordered you've selected.

How can I order?

A: You can place your order securely online or call us at (718) 989-7266 Extension 2
To start, choose the type of computer you desire to order
Then, choose the best system suitable for you and then, if you wish, you may customize your system to suit your need by clicking on the [customize your pc] button
Click on the squares located on the left to select the desired items
When all selection is completed, click on [update price] button at the bottom of your screen
If you disagree with the new amount of your system, you can change all the items as many times as you wish until you are satisfied with your selection. Once you are satisfied with the new amount, click send to proceed the purchase.
Our sales rep will call you to verify the order as soon as your order is sumitted. Double check to make sure that everything you selected is correct and then you enter your email address and phone number.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm all the information given to us before we transfer your order to productions. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at and one of our sales representatives would be happy to help you.

What happens after I have places my order?

A: For every order made, we go through the following steps:
We verify all the payment information with the bank to avoid frauds for the security of our clients and our company
We confirm with the credit card holder to avoid frauds
Once everything is verified and confirm, then we start the transactions
Your order will be processed to the production department where your computer will be built
After building your computer, the quality assurance team go through a minimum of 24 hours of installing any systems, programs and testing to make sure your computer meets the expected performance
Once testing is completed, your computer would be transferred to the shipping department where it would be quality packed and shipped
Once your computer is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number where you can be informed to the location of your package at any time, online

How long will it take to receive my computer?

A: Once your computer order is verified and confirmed* it would take on average, about 7 to 10 business days to produce and test your computer. After all testing is successfully completed; it would take approximately 7 business days to ship your computer

It all depends on the shipping options you choose.

Why is my order taking so long to assemble?

A: There are only two possible reasons why your order might take longer than you expected. The first reason might be because of a testing failure. In this case, we would have to locate the problem and then, replace and/or fix any technical problems. The second reason might be a special part of your computer that you have ordered becomes hard to find, or discontinued for any reason, then we will try our best to find a replacement for this part.

If there is a delay to your order, we will inform you of what is happening with your order, and your options. Unfortunately this process takes sometimes a few days, and your order is delayed for that time

How will I know when my computer has been sent? Do you provide tracking number?

A: YES. Our site features live online order tracking. If you've ordered from D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS by phone and did not receive an internet password from your agent, please call 718-989-7266.

If I don't order an operating system, will D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS test my computer anyway?

A: Yes, we will install a Trial version of operating system to test the system.

If I have my own operating system, is it possible for DCS to install it?

A: Yes, we will be happy to install the operating system for you as long as you provide the key of your product. We provide this service for your convenience when you receive your computer, but it is your job to activate the operating system once you receive the computer.

If I do order an Operating System from you, will I receive the CD, or do I only get a pre-installation?

A: If you order an Operating System from us, you are actually buying an original oem version CD-ROM which includes the product key and full license from Microsoft.

A: There is absolutely no differences. Your fax order is recieve as soon as it is send and the same procedures is follow in order to complete the order.

A: D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS provide end-user technical support on custom built computers. For warranty replacement of defective CPU chips, please call 718-989-7266 Ext. 4. For all other products, contact the product manufacturer, using the contact information either printed on your invoice or included in the package. Please note that when calling to exchange a defective item, verification of defect by the manufacturer is required. Customers can submit a trouble ticket using our online ticket system.

Does your company has two website?

A: No, we only have five domains pointing to the same site. We have destinpc.net, destpc.com, destcomputer.com, destcomputersolutions.com, and destinpc.com. You can call or email us at any time verify our website.

A: D.E.S.T computer Solutions charges sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. D.E.S.T Computer Solutions has a business "presence" in New York state, therefore we are required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of the state.

Q: How is sales tax calculated?
A: D.E.S.T computer Solutions charges sales tax based on the destination of the shipment and in accordance with state and local tax laws. Your shopping cart only shows the estimated sales tax.
