When you purchase any product from D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, your satisfaction is guaranteed with a full refund available for 10 days from product purchase.
Any returns for refund after the 10-day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 30 days from product purchase, D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS reserves the right to refuse any returns for refund.
D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS warrants its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. During the term of the warranty, D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will repair or replace product that proves defective except that this warranty does not cover any damage resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, overclocking, disaster, disassembly or unauthorized repair.
D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS warranties are non-transferable and any claim under warranty may be made only by the original purchaser and only while the customer is the owner of the D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS product. D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including damage to equipment, property or programs, loss of time or productivity, or costs associated with data recovery.
D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS does not provide or reimburse for any installation or service charges.
1 Year Limited Warranty
Products covered under a one-year duration include all custom built computer by D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS. Products including used computers, repairs and accessories will have a three months warranty. Brand new accessories will be covered under the duration offer by the manufacturer unless a specific warranty is referenced on the invoice or purchase documents.
For return instructions, please contact support department for return merchandise authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
SERVICE DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT
Services are offered in accordance with our service, and warranty policies.
A $30.00 non-refundable service deposit is required for the initialization of any new service order. This deposit will be credited towards your total balance, which will be calculated after services are rendered. Or, an estimated total will be calculated for you by our service technician.
Balances may not be carried for more than ten (10) days. Generally, payment for rendered services is due the day of completion.
Failure to pay a balance within thirty (30) days constitutes the transfer of ownership of the physical product being serviced to D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS.
If you change your mind about proposed services to be rendered, you must contact D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS to announce your decision change. If you were charged in advance, you will received a refund less applicable shipping costs and the deposit mentioned above.
DATA AND INFORMATION RECOVERY
If a disk-drive cannot be accessed, or can be accessed sometimes, then it is understood that the contents of the disk-drive is lost.
If you are able to access the disk-drive prior D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS servicing it, you should try to create a data backup if possible.
D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will make, in good faith, attempts to recover any data that cannot be accessed.
for quality assurance, original software, problematic software, and a copy of the operating system loaded on a system should be shipped with that system if possible.
ALL SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE WILL BE RETURNED WHEN SERVICE OR SERVICING IS COMPLETE.
If you would like software titles registered on your behalf, a written consent must be mail to D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS.
SERVICE WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
By allowing D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS to service your computer hardware and/or software, you may be voiding a warranty and/or forfeiting any privilege(s) for support from the manufacture of the serviced hardware and/or software and/or from the party you purchased it from.
D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS herby grants you support for the serviced hardware and/or software for thirty (30) days from this agreement date.
D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS also grants you a thirty (30) day warranty on the serviced hardware and/or software starting from the day services are rendered by D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS.
D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will replace or provide similar hardware(s) in the event that a technical issue cannot be resolved by D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS. This does not include software.
YOU WILL BE GIVEN A HARD COPY OF OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT WHEN YOU PRESENT YOUR ITEM FOR REPAIR. DONT LEAVE WITHOUT ONE. Your satisfaction is Guaranty. THANKS FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
